Tangang Andrew ensures the effective running of all departments and programs of LOYOC through monitoring and evaluation consultancy. He manages and coordinates various projects, particularly under the Governance Programme. He serves as the rapporteur of the General Assembly and National Coordination meetings and ensures the proper organization of various events organized by LOYOC.

Andrew previously worked in various organizations and projects at local and international levels. He worked as a governance expert on the Global Youth Governance and Accountability Task Team coordinated and supported by Plan UK, Restless Development, British Youth Council and ActionAid. He was Cameroon’s youth delegate to the World Conference on Youth 2014 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He currently serves as a Global Champion with the Youth Power Campaign coordinated by Restless Development and is the Deputy National Coordinator of the African Network of Youth Policy Experts (AfriNYPE), Cameroon Chapter.

Andrew holds an MSc in Governance and Regional Integration from the Pan African University of the African Union obtained in 2017, and another MSc in International Relations, specialty: International Cooperation and Decentralized Cooperation for Development from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) obtained in 2014. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Philosophy from the Catholic University of Central Africa (UCAC) obtained in 2011.
