Agese Louneta is a development professional with over six years of experience translating data into decisions that drive meaningful change. As the Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (DMEL) Manager, Agese leads with a conviction that data is not just information—but a tool for transformation.

With a background in Law from the University of Buea and specialized certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation—including the MEALD pro certification and training from platforms like Disaster Ready and Data4Impact—Agese brings both structure and strategy to program design and learning systems. Her professional journey has been shaped by mentorship from leading consultants such as Juliana Anchang, whose influence sharpened her lens for participatory evaluation and adaptive learning.

Agese has contributed to the success of multi-sectoral programs funded by the EU, WFP, BHA, GIZ, Dallaire Institute, Canadian and U.S. Embassies, among others. Her work has ranged from designing robust M&E frameworks to leading real-time evaluations that have informed strategic pivots and improved program outcomes across seven regions of Cameroon.

Technically adept, Agese is proficient in tools such as SPSS, Excel, Power BI, Kobo Toolbox, and Tableau, and is known for her ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights. She is fluent in English and Pidgin English, with working knowledge of French, enabling her to navigate diverse linguistic and cultural contexts with ease.

Beyond her organizational role, Agese is passionate about capacity building and has trained over 8 young professionals in MEAL, with more than 60% now thriving in roles across national and international organization. A testament to her commitment to nurturing the next generation of evaluators.
