This vibrant event will celebrate the fourth edition, bringing together participants, organizers, and community members under the theme, Uniting Through Sports. The jamboree not only promotes athletic competition but also instills social cohesion among internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, and members of the host communities, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.
Throughout the jamboree, various sporting activities have taken place, featuring teams such as Non à la haine, Stop VBG, Unity 4 Peace, Jusqu’à l’égalité, Stop Child Labor, Tolérance, and Amour. These names reflect the diverse messages promoted across different sports disciplines, including football and handball.
On August 31st, the Grand Finale will be hosted at Stade Mokolo Bertoua, featuring the official ceremony, which will include a solidarity match and the final of the male football tournament.
