Dione Sharon is a Program Manager under the Programs Department of Local Youth Corner Cameroon. As a program Officer, Sharon does project conception, implementation Monitoring and Evaluation using key qualitative and quantitative tools.
With a firm knowledge in public relations and event planning, she also works as consultant and manages projects for external individuals and partners including international organizations and artists. Most recently, Sharon consulted as project manager for the Women executives and Potential Leaders Symposium by the African Women in Leadership Organization, Cameroon Chapter, which mobilized young and senior professionals to work together for sustainable female leadership through mentorship and established the first Declaration of Female leadership and Innovative performance, for the public, private and nonprofit sectors.
Sharon also supported the capturing of inmates voices and opinion on the World they want, by managing the UN75 prison Essay writing and art competition.
She is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Buea and currently a Master Degree research student on Peace and Development at the Protestant University of Central Africa.
