Valerie M. Viban currently serves as Deputy National Coordinator of Local Youth Corner Cameroon. He is charge of project designing, implementation strategies mapping and the management of partners and cooperation. In the last three years, he has assisted the National coordinator in ensuring full execution and running of all LOYOC projects, moderating workshop sessions and editing the organizations publications.
Between July 2016 and August 2017,Valerie Viban served as a Welwaerts Fellow recruited by Bread for the World. He was assigned to the German African Partnership Foundation in Potsdam Germany where he served as project Assistant in several projects in the fields of Global Learning, Human rights, Fair Trade and Diversity Management.
Back in Cameroon, he serves as youth and community development consultant to several organisations. He also mentors and coaches several young people. He has worked with the National Commission on Human Rights and Freedoms, Pedagogic Inservice Training Program(PCC-CBC),Draufsicht Project-Berlin-Bamenda, Associations Rayons des Soleil, Hope Foundation amongst many others.
He holds a Master Degree in International Relations with a special Option in International Communication and Public Policy .Before then he completed a Bachelor Degree in Economics with special interest in Rural Economic Development.
Tangang Andrew ensures the effective running of all departments and programmes of LoYoC, manages and coordinates various projects particularly under the Governance Programme. He serves as the rapporteur of the General Assembly and National Coordination meetings, and ensures the proper organization of various events organized by LoYoC.
Andrew previously worked in various organizations and projects at local and international levels. He worked as governance expert on the Global Youth Governance and Accountability Task Team coordinated and supported by Plan UK, Restless Development, British Youth Council and ActionAid. He was Cameroon’s youth delegate to the World Conference on Youth 2014 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He currently serves as a Global Champion with the Youth Power Campaign coordinated by Restless Development, and is the Deputy National Coordinator of the African Network of Youth Policy Experts (AfriNYPE), Cameroon Chapter.
Andrew holds an MSc in Governance and Regional Integration from the Pan African University of the African Union obtained in 2017, and another MSc in International Relations, specialty: International Cooperation and Decentralised Cooperation for Development from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) obtained in 2014. Agbortoko Dwight Oben is responsible for keeping financial records of Local Youth Corner Cameroon. Also he has the duty of drafting budgets for projects and the preparation of financial reports for executed projects. Furthermore, he designs the organisation’s annual reports.
He has worked as an Accountant and Internal Auditor at ‘A and N’ Bookshop and Tradings Cameroon, my job role was carrying out bank reconciliation, keeping records of daily sales and expenses and also keeping records of invoices. Also I have worked as a financial consultant (volunteer) for the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Head Office Cameroon.
Dwight is a student- chartered Accountant (ACCA) and a holder of an Advance Diploma in Accounting and Business from the BPP University awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a holder of OCR IT User Skill spread sheet software Diploma awarded by the oxford Cambridge and RSA (OCR).

Ntube Gladys Tabot serves as a procurement officer for Local Youth Corner Cameroon. She handles pricing negotiations, contracts and procurement of goods and services on behalf of the organization. Works closely with accounting department to ensure that payments for services are promptly done , issuance of purchase orders and other tracking documentations.
She previously served as a motivational speaker for a campaign against teenage pregnancy, she used her acting skills to pass across the message about the importance of educating the girl child. She has also taken part in some humanitarian activities, with the aid of some foreign partners through Local Youth Corner, to reach out to the poor, widows and the disabled people of the south west region of Cameroon.
Gladys holds a first degree in English Modern Letters from the university of Yaounde one Cameroon 20113, with speciality in America and Commonwealth Literatures. Mambou Happy Kelly Blandine implements online and mass media advocacy campaigns, provides communication strategies and support advocacy missions to enhance the impact of Local Youth Corner. She is also incharge of managing public relations with partners and stake holders.
She has been a youth Consultant at the West and Central Africa Regional Consultation on Youth, Peace and Security. She previously served as Head of the Gender Unit at the Ecumenical Service for Peace were she focused on project designing on Gender Based Violence, Female Genital Mutilation and Women’s involvement in politics. She is presently Secretary General of the Cameroon Women Scholarship Alumni Association to defend girls’ rights to education. She also works as a HeForShe Champion with the United Nations Agency for Women (UN Women).
Kelly is holder of a Master of Arts in International Relations specialty in Regional Intergration and Management of Community Institutions from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon in 2015 and a BA in Social Sciences and International Relations with specialty in Peace and Development Studies from the Protestant University of Central Africa in 2012.MAMBOU HAPPY KELLY – Communication and Advocacy Officer
